We continued the garage project by having a new blacktop driveway put in. We had a turnaround carved out of a portion of the front yard.
This next picture (below) shows the new portion of the driveway to the front of the garage.
The area between the new garage and the house, which is our new backyard, was filled and graded, and grass was planted. We had landscaping put in around the garage and the house. Below is the garage with the new plants.
Below is the front of the house after landscaping.
The picture below was taken from the front yard looking towards the house and garage. That's my Saturn in the driveway. We had the island planting put in with an assortment of plants and trees. The trees will help block the view of the deck from the road.
