The following gallery is of U.S. Coast Guard Cutter SHERMAN's visit to Petropavlovsk, Russia located on the Kamchatka Peninsula on the Eastern Russian Coastline during the Russian Boarder Guards Anniversary. The U.S. Coast Guard hosted a reception aboard SHERMAN for the Boarder Guard and other government dignitaries. The crew of SHERMAN enjoyed touring the Russian City of Petropavlovsk as well as the surrounding area. The Russian Boarder Guard hosted an outing to a corporate Hot Spring where they serverd up a nice lunch and plenty of cheer. The Russian people were exceptionally hospitable to the crew of SHERMAN.
