OUR VISION FOR ENCORPS:

  • To train deserving third-world persons to operate their own micro-business Solar-Bakery or Assembly Plants.
  • To make use of persons who have a desire to put the knowledge, contacts, experience, language, gifts & abilities acquired throughout their own life journey to valuable use on behalf of the deserving poor in developing countries.

  • To purchase solar energy devices through government or NGO funding and to supply those products (with training) to selected small groups of teachable, deserving poor in developing countries.
  • To train these budding entrepreneurs in micro-enterprise using solar products directly related to renewable natural resources & promoting earth-friendly environmental policy.
  • To work directly with resident reputable non-profit agencies to provide a continuing cooperative oversight/auditing function for the mirco-enterprise businesses.

  • To provide a place of refuge and renaissance - a place of care, safety and inspiration - to overworked, over-stressed leaders/workers of international aid, mission, relief, charitable type of organizations.
  • To provide reduced rate or subsidized housing to international workers of aid, mission, relief, charitable type organizations who have spent a lifetime serving others and now find themselves in need.
    To provide part-time work in our Sun Ovens assembly facility for some of the most needy of these international workers who now find themselves in financial need.
