Following is a list of statutes enacted in 2003 arranged according to their act number. Notice that although each new law has an act number, it also is referred to by a bill number assigned either by the Pennsylvania Senate or the Pennsylvania House of Representatives when it was introduced, and also by the printer number (to distinguish final enactments from previous versions of the same legislation). The printer number distinguishes the final enactment, to which an Act number is assigned, and therefore is the item to which a link has been made by this web page.
