§ 101. Short title of title.
§ 102. Definitions.
This title shall be known and may be cited as the Agriculture Code.
Subject to additional definitions contained in subsequent provisions of this title which are applicable to specific provisions of this title, the following words and phrases when used in this title shall have the meanings given them in this section unless the context clearly indicates otherwise:
