I am a management consultant, trainer,
educator and author with a 30-year background that includes college
teaching, performance auditing, and director of management training for the
State of Colorado. I provide a variety of services to help organizations and

For my recreation I participate in the sport of long distance horse back
riding competitions and provide clinics to introduce people to the sport.
- Introduction to Competitive Trail Riding:
An
article describing the sport and comparing it Endurance Riding.
- Clinic

participating in a clinic. The classroom portion includes a half-hour
video of a typical competition with discussion of judging criteria, training
and conditioning your horse, equipment and information about the various
rides. In the riding portion you will have the opportunity to ride
with experienced horses and competitors and get some riding advice and
experience with typical judging obstacles.
