A Mobile Foundry for Casting Metal
Ugly but effective, this unit will liquefy aluminum or brass in minutes. This furnace will burn either propane or charcoal and will melt up to 70 cubic inches of brass or aluminum at a time. Made from a 5 gallon oil bucket mounted on a lawn mower chassis for mobility, it stores conveniently under a garage shelf thanks to its folding handle. This unit has produced parts for many fine telescopes and accessories.
