About the Principals:

Jeffrey W. Schroeter, P.E. - Mr. Schroeter has twenty-nine years experience in the electric industry with concentration in the power generation segment. Much of his early career was spent was an engineer for large utilities where he was afforded the opportunity to broaden his knowledge and experience through his involvement with project development. For the past ten years much of his career has been focused on independent power project plant development including siting, permitting, financing and construction. He has a proven record of success for project identification and completion, possessing extensive experience in all aspects of commercial and technical development has yielded over 8,600 MW of generation in operation or under construction. He has held managerial and executive level positions in both privately and publicly held companies.

Debbie J. Branch - Ms. Branch has over twenty five years experience in the energy industry, holding key executive positions in privately and publicly held companies. She is an attorney whose experience spans all aspects of natural gas production, marketing and transmission, with emphasis in project development. In 1983, she formed Vesta Energy Company, a natural gas marketing company that grew to be one of the nation's leading independent marketing companies. She has had extensive involvement with start up efforts where she has played key leadership roles in development of projects and strategies aimed at capturing and adding value in industries undergoing deregulation. She possesses a broad range of regulatory experience at both the state and federal levels.
