Lifespring is very emphatic about people taking care of themselves and being responsible for their health during the trainings. 10-15 years ago, they were apparently more strict and confrontational. Absolutely not true today. They also will not allow a person to take the training if they are currently on serious psychiatric-type medication. Even if you've been on it in the past, you are required to get a signed statement from your doctor saying it's ok for you to do the training. This is to protect themselves, of course, but also to protect the students. They are very careful to point out that this is not therapy and they are not trained therapists. Lifespring is not intended for "broken" people. It will NOT "fix" you. If you have serious psychological problems, they do not want you in the trainings. Dan dan@kypris.com - -- Daniel A.
