Are there any of you out there who have done the Lifespring trainings? I'm a graduate and am still involved after 3 years. Literally changed my life. Just wondered what others thought. Also, is there anyone out there who could grab some info off the web and email it to me or something? I found to references to Lifespring through a Web search: http://www.acmeweb.com/factnet/groups.html http://www.acmeweb.com/factnet/research.html but our server just cannot find that URL for some reason. Thanks, Dan PS: Strangely enough, contractors here at BNR have access to post, but don't have email, so please respond to the group or to me at dan@kypris.com >From: kevinf7078@aol.com (KevinF7078) >Newsgroups: alt.self-improve >Subject: Re: Lifespring?? >Date: 15 Mar 1995 12:55:23 -0500 >Organization: America Online, Inc. I'm no longer involved with Lifespring. It *did* change my life. I would not have the relationship with my wife that I do. In fact, I wouldn't even be married. Lifespring gave me a lot of tools for dealing with my life effrectively. On the other hand, things were getting a little too 'weird' for me and my wife. We were never able to reconcile the enormous cost of the trainings with the low cost of putting them on. I'm not sure about the ethical and moral consequences of someone getting stinking rich from my 'enlightenment'. It took me a great amount of time and soul searching to reconcile the content of the trainings with my religous beliefs. >From: scarter@richmond.infi.net >Newsgroups: alt.self-improve >Subject: Re: Lifespring?? >Date: 19 Mar 1995 08:22:37 GMT >Organization: InfiNet >Lines: 28 >Message-ID: <3kgpkd$cdm@lucy.infi.net> >References: <3k79mb$kej@newsbf02.news.aol.com> >NNTP-Posting-Host: h-avantgarde.dc.infi.net >X-Newsreader: AIR News 3.X (SPRY, Inc.) > kevinf7078@aol.com (KevinF7078) writes: > I took the Basic, Advanced, LP, Mastery, and Prosperity Workshop. > I'm no longer involved with Lifespring. For some reason, question 13 covering Lifespring is only partially available to my news reader. If someone could send it email to "scarter@richmond.infi.net" I would be grateful. Based on that tape series and supporting workbook, it seems liket the teaching strategy relies heavily on multiple questions that demand deep thought and continual re-evaluation. I would welcome a description of how Lifespring goes about teaching the material or, if this has been covered before, a pointer to the information. The approximate pricing, length and content of their programs would also be appreciated. Thanks, Steve Carter scarter@richmond.infi.net stevec2918@aol.com >From: Dan@crchha77.kypris.com (Daniel A. It is apparently out-of-print and I would very much like to get a set. If anyone has the set and is willing to part with it, or knows where I might find one, please let me know.
