I have used the appraisal software from Appraisers Choice, Inc. (ACI) for many years and been quite satisfied with it.  They were bought out recently by Polaroid and are now called Polaroid Digital Solutions. 

Their software for appraisers is still called Appraisers Choice or ACI.

They provide free viewing software, called 'THE FREE ACI RAPID VIEWER', for anyone who wants to receive an ACI produced report in electronic format (e-mail attachment, etc).   The Free Viewer will let you receive, read and print out the report but not make any changes.

You can double-click FREE ACI VIEWER to download it at your convenience.

It's like the Adobe Acrobat Viewer but is specifically for ACI produced reports.
