PRIMARY SERVICE AREA FOR 1 TO 4 UNIT APPRAISALS, DRIVE-BY’S AND EVALUATIONS

Los Angeles County includes 88 incorporated cities as well as unincorporated areas.  It covers about area of about 4,100 square miles; has a population of nearly 10 million people; and has over 2 million parcels of land. 

This is too big for me, a sole proprietor, to cover.  Therefore, I mostly focus on about 1/3 of this area... the part of the county known as the San Gabriel Valley and its adjoining communities.

The list below names most of the San Gabriel Valley communities from Glendale east to Pomona, and, the eastern portion of Los Angeles County, mostly east of the Harbor Freeway to the Orange County border ( roughly Pasadena down to Long Beach). My address is Los Angeles but it is Unincorporated East Los Angeles, next to the cities of Montebello and  Monterey Park. Appraisal services to other parts of Los Angeles City and County are OK but turnaround times will vary with current workloads.

Do I go other places than those listed below? 

Yes, it just depends on how busy things are and on what type of assignment it is.

The communities listed here are just areas where I do MOST of my work.
