John has been a residential appraiser since 1977. He works mostly the San Gabriel Valley communities that make up the north and northeast portions of Los Angeles County. John is a full-time, state certified, independent real estate appraiser. He received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration/ Real Estate from California State University at Los Angeles in June 1977 and his State Certified General Appraiser certificate in 1992 from the California Office of Real Estate Appraisers. John received the General Accredited Appraiser (GAA) designation from the Real Estate Appraisal Section of the National Association of Realtors (NAR) in 1994. John is also licensed as a Real Estate Broker in the State of California (since 1977). He is a Realtor Member of the West San Gabriel Valley Association of Realtors (WSGVAR). However, he is not active in brokerage activities ---he works solely as an independent real estate appraiser.
