Sagem Morpho, Inc.
July 30th, 1999 – Current
I am currently an independent contractor for Sagem Morpho, Inc., working in the Certification department. My tasks include setting up IBM RS/6000 computers to test the Sagem applications, doing data entry testing in the application, documenting the system configuration and test results, and performing hardware inventory.
Theatre in the Park and Day-Camp Instructor, Metro Parks
June 1998 – August 1998
During the summer of 1998 I worked two jobs for the Parks Department of Tacoma. In the morning I taught theatre, music, and dance to a group of about ten children ranging in age from 5 to 10. I would have a new group of children each week and at the end of the week we always had a performance for the parents.
In the afternoons I would go to two parks, one after the other, for an hour-and-a-half each and teach theatre to the children playing there. Each week my partner and I would choose two new parks and go to them, trying to help the children expand their knowledge of the performing arts. We took a large tub of costumes and accessories for the children to dress up in, and would try to put on little five minutes plays the children made up.
Computer Applications Class, Curtis High School
I took a computer class at Curtis High School that covered the five main programs of the Microsoft Office package; Access, Word, Power Point, Excel, and Page Maker. This course took each application and studied the main points of its functionality. It was presented in three levels of difficulty, which allowed me to delve into some of the more advanced functions of each. Our final project was to create a presentation for a company that used all five applications together.
Educational History
I graduated from Curtis High School in 1999.
Extra-Curricular Activities
I enjoy Martial Arts, reading, working on my Web page, art, roller-blading, and playing with my ferrets.
