Lock and Dam 20. | |||||||||||||||||
This is Lock and Dam 20 on the Upper Mississippi River. Its late in the season and the weather has already started to turn cold. Most if not all of the pleasure boaters are up for the winter months ahead. This is one of the last south bound lockages at Lock and Dam 20 for the season. This was in the late afternoon and was starting to get dark. The sun was just about to set and everything was real quiet. You could only hear the wind in your ears and feel nothing but the cold on you face. You knew that old man winter is right around the corner. | ||
