Italian Beef
Ingredients
3 - 3 1/2 pounds boneless chuck, top or bottom round, or rump roast
1 cup beef broth
1 cup white wine
1 clove garlic, minced
1 TSP chopped parsley
olive oil
1/2 TSP basil
salt and pepper to taste
Steps
Wipe meat with paper towel and brown in the olive oil.
Add remaining ingedients.
Cook on top of stove, covered, over low flame for 1 1/2 hours.
