We had a
Lagoon 37' catamaran called
We purchased it on September 29, 2000,
in the British Virgin Islands.
It was built in 1993
and it is hull #17.
See
"Where are the Colsmiths now?"
for their current and intended locations.

Here is a picture of our Lagoon 37 as it was when we bought it.
Basically it still looks the same except the bimini is now blue, and the
tramp is white.
(Click on the photo to make it larger.)
We have now uploaded pictures of our boat, and some of the BVI. |
(42kb)

We have 3 berths,
2 big ones in the front
(to the left in the picture)
and another double berth in one stern (back).
In the other stern we have a very big head.
("Head" is nautical talk for
bathroom, don't you go spreading rumors about the Colsmiths having big
heads.
We call it "The Big Giant Head" in honor of Third Rock From the Sun.)
So there is plenty of room for you to
come down and visit us.
We have the galley (kitchen) down in the port ama (hull), which is important to Marcia, otherwise Jim cannot do the dishes. Jim wants it down so he can cook. The galley down version has much greater head room in the galley (6'8" rather than 6' in the saloon.)
