Reenacting with Company K, 26th Pennsylvania Volunteers


If you came this far, you are either a little interested, or very lost. In case you are interested, here are some details as to who we are and what we are about:

We are a group that reenacts battles and events of and relating to the Civil War. We are located regionally in the southeastern Pennsylvania area, centered in Delaware County. We have members, both military and period civilian, from NY to MD and many points in between. We even have one in England!

We participate in events most anywhere in the eastern U.S.

We are one of the founding units of our parent battalion, The Mifflin Guard.

The 26th has 58 members: 40 military and 18 civilian.

The Mifflin Guard consists of 21 units: 18 infantry companies, and 3 artillery units

The 26th has been in existence since 1980.

Last year the 26th participated in 19 battle reenactments, living histories, parades and other related events.
