Townsend Services, LLC or its agents will entitle you only to replacement with a like amount of unexposed film and processing. Except for such replacement, the acceptance of the print, slide, or negative is without Other warranty or liability, and RECOVERY FOR ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGE IS EXCLUDED.
Restrictions
For restoration and retouch projects, the customer is provided two opportunities, or one hour of photo editing time to further adjust the image, following the initial proof of the completed project. Further adjustments will be billed at the current hourly rate. See large image services.
