The beginning of the fishing trip

In all cases, the tackle is the most important part of any fishing trip. Taking care of it is imperitive. This is my little shop.

I need to keep all this working. It gives me something to do on those rainy winter days.

I am still learning how to turn rods. I have a hard time making the colors blend, but the fish don't care.

Taking all these reels apart can sometimes be a reel headache.

If I can get them back together, this is the way they are supposed to look. I love these little Penn 12-LT's. We have caught 100 pound wahoo and 60 pound dolphin on them and they responded like champions. I have Ande green 20 pound test on them. It is the best downrigger line in my opinon. Try one, you might like it. They are on the Penn Power Stick PC 3811 . It is 7 feet and very good allround rod.
