I had intended to bring my bike home fom the in-laws the night before, but in the interests of time left it there. I'm glad I did. After my daughter's basketball game Saturday morning, my wife dropped me off to get my bike and ride it home.
The weather forcast was hopefull, predicting highs of 60(f), but I don't think it ever got that high. I had the opportunity to try out my rain jacket for the first time as a passing shower found me, and afterwards it was cool enough to keep it on over the jersey and wool sweater I was wearing.

| I dropped down into this neighborhood to cross this road off my list and found myself with a LONG climb back out. The good news? I never have to ride on this road again. |
