More of Linganore

I had Veteran's Day off, so I planned to have a good ride. After dropping the kids off at school, I decided it would be a good time to change out my cleats. As I was doing so, I noticed a strange wobble to the sole of my right shoe. Yep, the sole had cracked at the cleat mount. So, instead of riding right away, I popped over to Mt. Airy Bikes and rummaged through their shoe stock to find some shoes to replace my old Sidis. Finally I found pair that fit and bought them. Ouch$$$. Oh well, if they last as long as the last pair, it will amortize out pretty well.

I headed back to the Lake Linganore area, where I rode with my daughter the other day. Parking in my old neighborhood, I went down to the beach to start my ride.

	In the older section of lake Linganore, the homes aren't so obvious, nestled in among the trees.
	This hill is a good climb.
	This farm is for sale for some obscene amount of money. Pretty, but if I were going to buy a farm, I'd want some fields too. Nothing but houses around here.

	I headed west for a bit before turning south on Linganore Rd. This is a view of the Catoctin Mountains.

	There was a sales center here, but it has been recently torn down.
	Jumping off Boyers Mill Rd at the bridge again, I headed west on this promenade, which takes you back the the beach seen in the first panorama above.
