booklet was prepared in 1998 by Jesse Brogan, the Father of Management
Engineering. It addresses the larger
concepts of this emerging specialty, as they were established over the past
twenty years of study.
Management
engineering may be the new kid on the block, but it is anything but new and
different. It is the same efficiency
application that doubled the effectiveness of production workers in the early
decades of the 20th century.
It is just applied to the work of gaining through organizations instead
of gaining through production groups.

This
