~ ORDERING ~
We recommend that orders be placed 2-3 weeks prior to the event date to ensure fabric availability and time for shipping. Your items will be shipped with care in a gift ready box and tissue paper. We will confirm the event date when the order is placed to ensure that you will receive your order in plenty of time.

A rush charge of $25 will apply to all ** Christening Gown ** orders placed less than 2 weeks before the event date. Please fill in the boxes & click The Rush Order Link below only if this applies to your order. If you are not sure if your order applies, please email us before you order or we will let you know when your order is placed.
~ PAYMENTS ~
Full payment is required when the order is placed, unless special arrangements have been with us. Your order WILL NOT be shipped until we receive full payment.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover Card, American Express and Electronic Checks through our online billing company Paypal.

We accept Money Orders, Cashiers Checks, Travelers Checks and Personal checks through the mail.
Please allow 10 days from time we receive your personal check to clear all other checks take 3-5 days to clear.

$5.50 for orders totaling $00.01 to 19.99
$6.50 for orders totaling $20.00 to 49.99
$7.50 for orders totaling $50.00 to 99.99
$8.50 for orders totaling $100.00 & Up
For Local Pick or Drop off service contact us for rates.
For Overnight Shipping or Shipping anywhere Worldwide please add the $10.50 shipping fee to your order by clicking were is says additional shipping charge.
(Overnight service is US only)
~ RETURNS ~
You will have 5 days to review your order. All returned packages must be post marked with 5 days of receiving shipment. Shipping charges will not be reimbursed. There will be a restocking fee of 25% of the purchase price on all returns or exchanges. Shipping fees will not be reimbursed, however we will pay for shipping on exchanges sent back to you. No returns or exchanges on custom designing! All sales are final but we are committed to satisfying our customers and proud of our product; we will do all we can to make things right.
PLEASE NOTE:
No returns or exchanges on WASHED or WARN items or items after 5 days of receiving them.
~ FABRIC ~
We use only the finest fabrics. If you are ordering garments made from natural fibers please be aware that variations and irregularities are part of their beauty, these characteristics should in no way be treated as defects. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us right away.
