Denver is the capitol of Colorado, and its largest city. It is located at the convergence of the South Platte River and Cherry Creek.
This view is of downtown, taken from Amtrak's California Zepher, Train #5, approaching Denver Union Station. Above the road bridge can be seen the lights of Coors Field, where the Colorado Rockies play baseball. In the foreground can be seen a turntable, which is used to turn locomotives end-for-end.
