Refund Policy




The CD containing EasyLog 5 is warranted for workmanship and materials for 90 days. The program is not warranted for any particular purpose.

We will refund your license fee payment for EasyLog 5 if EasyLog 5 can not be installed, with our support, from the initial CD, or a replacement CD, and the program can not be made to execute on your computer after due dilligence from customer support.

If we decide that you qualify for a refund, we reserve the right to determine whether or not your status as a customer and your access to customer support and the User Reserved Area is to be terminated.

If you request a refund and we agree to that request, your status as a customer and your access to customer support and the User Reserved Area on the web site will be terminated the day your refund is sent.

Refunds will be in the form of a check mailed to your address of record. However, if you have a PayPalŪ account and you made your original payment to us through PayPalŪ, you will have the option of receiving your refund payment to your PayPalŪ account. You must inform us of your choice. Payments made by any other method are not eligible to be refunded through PayPalŪ.

Only software license fees are eligible for refund. Shipping and Handling charges are not refundable.

You are not required to return the CD to us.
