Not returned to service. 44-92065/92079 Consolidated B-36B-15-CF Peacemaker c/n 62/76 92069 (92nd BW) burned on taxiway at Fairchild AFB 2/26/54 due to landing gear collapse and subsequent fuel tank rupture. 92071 (7th BW, 492nd BS) crashed into Franklin Mountains near El Paso, TX Dec 11, 1953 due to pilot disorientation and disregarding of GCA warnings. All 9 crew killed. 92075 crashed 2/13/50 in northern British Columbia due to carburetor icing and engine fires. 5 lost in bailout at night over water.
