Any Guesses? This bird was photographed at Overpeck County Park, Bergen County, New Jersey during a snowstorm on March 11, 1997. A couple other photos really add no new information. The bird is flanked by Herring Gulls, was noticably smaller, with more wing extension. Eye was yellow, legs were a deeper pink than the Herring Gulls. Bill was yellow with a prominent black tip.
