We have been busy over the last month and a half. From the pickup and delivery of our new support vessel, getting my Pivot glider ticket and to the continued work covering the tail surface to a near-ready-to-paint state. We will be ordering the paint soon and then the entire tail will be done and we can get serious with the front deck and cockpit. The covering process starts out a little problematic, but the more we do the better it's starting to look. I guess practice does make perfect.

I finished ironing the stabilizer and ended the weekend with two coats of poly-spray on them. Planning to start prepping for the last coat of silver and the color this coming weekend. The paint is now on its way — $70 per gal, plus thinner, plus UV additive — all by the book.
