include warmed and stretched muscles, healing energy flow, greater
range of movement, increased and focused energy levels, injury
prevention, stress relief and deep relaxation, Increased Body
Circulation, relief from sore and
aching muscles and joints, detoxification, and a feeling of confidence
and well-being. It helps you focus your energy and attention on
the task at hand. Afterward, it helps you recuperate and enjoy
the rest of the day. My unique and nurturing bodywork
for men and women, is
safe, friendly, accepting, and discreet.
The focus of my massage is balance of your body. Mind with
spiritual and body can not be separate. In TCM, usually acupressure
points and Tui-Na meridians to increase blood and Chi flow. Special
points are energy exits. Meridian lines are energy channel.
Pressure points to help release blocked energy. Chi and blood are
circulated. Pain and soreness are reduced. The body becomes balanced. As with the Traditional
Chinese Acupressure, Shiatsu, or
Thai Style. I believes that there is a network of energy lines, called
SEN,Chi and Blood are vital in human body. They distribute the life
energy throughout the body. If any
of these energy lines become blocked, illness sets in. Employing
the tools of my feet, arms, hands, elbows and knees, I will get rid of
these blockages using pressure point
techniques and intricate movements of gentle rocking, deep stretching
and compression. Usually, I prefer Swedish to help the body increase
vein return and lymphatic drainage.

High quality aromatic oil or cream
full body
massage!
Aromatherapy massage utilizes essential oils to enhance the mental as well as physical senses. Certain types of oils are known to create reactions within the body such as a state of relaxation, healing, and mental well being in Lavender. By combining a relaxing massage with the appropriate oil you will experience a new level of relaxation.

Should I do
anything before the massage?
Don't eat too much just prior to the massage, DO drink lots of water the day of the massage (though not immediately prior since you won't want to have to "go" in the middle of the massage). Also, make sure you have set aside time for the massage so that you can relax and not be distracted. If possible, you might take a hot bath or shower or sit in a hot tub to loosen up your muscles.
What about medical conditions?
Tell
me about areas of your body that are injured, tense
or sore. Also mention any medical conditions, such as high blood
pressure, a heart problem, diabetes, chronic headaches, varicosity,
osteoporosis, rheumatoid arthritis, or
recent
surgery, ovarian cysts, spinal deformities, and dermatosis.
What parts
of
my body will be massaged?
Before
the massage, I will ask you if you have any areas
that need particular attention. This will allow me to focus on those
areas, as well as do more general work on other parts of your body. A
typical full body massage may include the back, neck, shoulders, upper
chest, stomach, arms, legs, feet, hands, head (and face if you desire).
Let me know before the massage if there are any of these body parts you
do not want to be touched.
What
should I
do during the massage?
Close your eyes and allow yourself to relax as completely as possible. Focus your attention on your breathing, which should be slow, deep and even. Allow me to move your limbs into various positions. Be limp, like a rag doll, and do not try to help move your arms, legs or head. Please feel free to speak up if anything I do is painful ticklish, or uncomfortable in any way. Also feel free to tell me if there's something you particularly like. When I locate areas of pain or tension in your body, consciously try to relax those areas. As you inhale softly and deeply, visualize the breath flowing to the tense area and relaxing it. As you fully exhale, visualize the tension leaving the body with the breath. Feel free to sign, as vocal feedback helps me to know which parts of the massage feel best for you, and helps you release tension.
What if I
fall asleep?
Many
people fall asleep during a massage, an indication
that the body and mind are releasing stress and tension. If you fall
asleep, I will gently wake you when it is time to turn over or when the
massage is finished.
