Friendliness: I'm beginning to think that it may be wise to wait to visit new parks until the newness has worn off. What's up with the grouchy, rude mobs at new skateparks?! I'm gonna wait awhile to decide on the friendliness of new parks from now on. Right now, in it's "fresh-out-of-the-box" condition, the tension and tempers can be high.

Nearest Skateboard Shops: Maybe the Armory in Forest Grove?

Misc: We were pleasantly surprised at how nice this park is. The transitions are good, some nice gaps and if not crowded looks like a person could get up some good speed. This park is mainly a street course with a tiny so-so vert section. The coping is rough but probably just needs to be worn in. Plan for crowds and the problems that go along with too many rats in one cage. There are permanent restooms, drinking fountain but I couldn't see a payphone. No seating.
