Difficulty: Easy to Challenging, depends on your skill what you can do.
Fun: Not. Don't bother. The deteriorated plywood surface makes the ramp painfully slow. It's a "more rules than park" park.
Helmets: Not posted.
Bikes: Allowed.

Hours open: Sun-up to 10pm.
Lights for night: No.
Covered: No.
Cleanliness: Yes.
Friendliness: The one time we visited, there wasn't anyone else using the park. The rules plastered angrily all over the ramp don't feel friendly.

Misc: Everything about this little ramp felt hostile, from the "more rules than park" problem, to the frowning guys cleaning fish, and the abrupt stretch of chainlink fence "caging" the skaters in. If the ramp was re-surfaced, it could be fun, but worth a stop? Hmm. There is a permanant restroom and drinking fountain nearby.
