Fun: A fun park, well worth a visit on your way between Burnside and Astoria.

Bikes: Rules don't mention bikes, bikes were using the park the one time we visited..

Lights for night: Yes, but not sure if functional yet.

Friendliness: Stern glances at scruffy thrashers, smiles at grommies.

Misc: Yes, another place to skate despite Oregon rain, and a decent place at that. Smooth transitions, nice halfpipe, fun vert wall. I liked the funky, colorful paint job on the ramp sides. The cover looks like a conestoga wagon. Use the nearby swimming pool facility for the restroom and drinking fountain.
