INVESTMENT AND TRADE PROMOTION PROGRAM

Investment Promotion Group (IPG), Inc. promotes investment, and trade between companies in Sub-Saharan Africa, and companies in the United States.

The primary goal of this program is to enable United States, and African businesses to identify and consummate investment, and joint-venture opportunities in the US and Africa.

To achieve the aforementioned goal, IPG performs the following services:

1. Identifies, analyzes and profiles investment, and trade opportunities in the US and Africa.

2. Identifies, profiles, and matches prospective US, and African joint-venture partners.

3. Matches investment, and trade opportunities in the US, and Africa with prospective investors, and traders in the US, and Africa.

4. For each match, IPG  prepares a venture development plan that outlines the strategies, and tactics that are required to convert an investment or trade opportunity into a commercially-viable project.

5. Collaborates with US and African businesses in the preparation of project opportunity studies, pre-feasibility, and feasibility studies.

6. Brings principals together, and counsels them throughout all phases of the development process, i.e. from initial agreement through financing, and start-up of project operations.

7. Develops a functional network of contacts, and working relationships with financial institutions, governmental agencies, individuals, and organizations to expedite the matching of the resources that would convert an idea into a commercially-viable project.

8. Introduces prospective joint venture partners to funding sources, and collaborates with them to leverage funds.

9. Secures all host country approvals, licenses, and registrations.

10. Prepares, and presents funding proposals to funding sources.

11. In collaboration with all stakeholders, IPG negotiates terms for financing; and

12. Expedites the consummation of financial agreements.
