When using this page, you will notice that it is divided into 5 parts.
Part 1 is what you are looking at... it is a description of this page and how to use it. There are also links back to my home page, back to the "Odds and Ends" page and more importantly, links to the other actors pages. The links to the actors, goes directly to their TV/Film info. To see these instructions again, just scroll up or click on "top" to see this part of the page. You will also notice "
", it will jump up one section and "
" will jump down one sectionThe majority of the links on this page will open another browser page. If you are using this to check the actor's "on air" schedule, you might want to open this page to a variable size. Place this on the upper left. The new page that is opened via the link on the lower right. That way you can access both the information and the links easily.

Part 2 links to the actor. If you click on their name it will open a new page to Gist. If you do not have an "account" you can sign up for free and configure your settings and favorites. The name link only displays the actor's major rolls. On the right side you will see links to other sites, they are all related to the actor. Under the actor's name, the film
icon links to their movie work. The Televsion 
icon links to their televison work. The Sun Glasses 
icon links to general links about their work. Once you are
familar with this site you will realize that all the links are located
under the Sun Glasses icon. The Film and Television links just list more
information about the specific film or episode they were partisipating
in. I have included director, producer, writer.... links as well.When signing into Gist for the first time it will ask for an email address. It appears that they do not spam you but just to be safe, use a "junk" email address. If you do not have one, it is easy to go to one of the generic sites and sign up for an email address (Yahoo). When you are setting up your Gist account, make sure you uncheck the email notification (unless you want daily email). Gist will email you everyday about programs on your list coming up for tomorrow. The default view on Gist is a week's view on the grid. I prefer the weekly view so if I am busy, I can set up my VCR.
When setting up your Gist account, go to display options and include both the local channels and cable/satellite listings so that you get a complete search for your shows and actors.
Your first search should be with the actor's name. If they do not have any programs that week you can use the searches listed below. Once you have a successful search, if you click on the show name, you will see links to more actors listed in each show. You will also find Gist links that will let you add the show to your favorites. Once a show or episode is listed in your favorites you will not have to search for it again just log into your Gist account, click on calendar and any time it is showing, it should be displayed in your grid. The only exception is if you have a specific episode in your favorites list and the program provider is not listing specific episodes, just general show links. You will not see the show listed in Gist. You have to search for the show.
Below I have only included the XWP actors that have reoccurring rolls in the show.. These lists are incomplete. It is still a work in progress. Actors continue to add to their portfolio it will have to be continually updated.

Part 3 Major
and Minor 
Movie/Film roles has light pink headers. You will notice that
there is an icon next to all the movie titles. The major film titles
will all be displayed in the Gist grid when you do an ;actor name search.
If you are looking for a specific film name you can just search for them
by clicking on the film name link. The minor rolls will not be displayed
when you do an actor's name search. The minor role section includes small
and independent films.The movie title links all use Gist search.

Part 4 Major
and Minor 
television roles has light green headers. You will notice
that there is an icon next to all the television titles. This list
includes made for TV movies and specials. The major TV titles will all
be displayed in the Gist grid when you do a name search. If you are
looking for a specific TV show you will have to seach for them by clicking
on the specific name. Minor TV rolls will not be be displayed when you
do an actor's name search with Gist.The television title links all use Gist search.

Part 5 General links
has a light yellow header. Inside the header, you will see
that Gist, IMDb, Yahoo and TVTome have links; these are to the actor you
are currently viewing.This is where you can find more information and
additional sites to find shows that actors are currently on. Under each
provider you will also find the title name of the shows listed alphabetically.
The Gist links are repeated here. Under IMDb you will find links to the
show listed. IMDb is a great resource for information about the show. Yahoo
is an alternate search option. It uses a different search engine so might
have different or additional results. TVTome is similar to IMDb, it shows
credits and episode information.You will notice that some of the titles are in bold, that just indicates which shows have the specific Gist program ID number associated with the link. The link will still work the same for you with or without the program ID. Once you add a show, episode, or movie to your Gist favorites, you do not need to seach for it again. When you open you Gist calendar it will display the air times.
