You will need to use a zip program (see the links) to unzip the files. You will need to copy both the HTML and the graphic you your "Stationary" folder for this to work properly. Most people have this located at : C:/Program Files/Common Files/Microsoft Shared/Stationary . You must also have a version of Outlook that supports the stationary option. If you do not have the HTML option selected for your Outlook email you will not be able to use/select these files. To set up a selected stationary as a default: from the top menu bar select - Tools/Options/Mail Format (Tab). From Message format - "Send in this message format" select the drop down menu option "HTML". From Stationary and Fonts - click the "Stationary Picker" button. From the new window select a stationary style, you can preview it in the lower window. Then click OK. The next time you start a new message your stationary will automatically load. If you open these files in a browser, they may look funny because they were designed for Outlook. The preview is an accurate depiction of what it will look like in Outlook Copyright 2002 |
