Operational Ready IAW PACAF Stan-Eval
inspection criteria. Until that date, INVERT was manned by 5th
TAC temporary duty personnel on 30-day rotation from Clark AB,
the Philipines. Although tactically functional for a combat
environment, Unit manning forcasts were not predictable. No
permanent party files and documentation were set in-place
necessary to qualify for an Operational Readiness inspection per
TAC/PACAF Regulations.
