Glitches Glitches: This page encompasses glitches on both multiplayer and campaign modes. Metropolis- Scarab Gun: Ok I just want to put it out there that I have never gotten this before. However it is just too cool to leave out so here it goes.... You know what never mind just watch this video I found on the Bungie Forums. Soccer Ball: Do the same thing as if you were getting the Scarab Gun and instead of going to the bridge look for a building that has been shot up. If you go inside then there's a giant soccer ball in the shadows and you can get it down if you shoot it with the Scarab Gun.
The Arbiter- Messed up Phantoms: This is the easiest glitch I have yet found in this game and it's really funny to watch. Right when you get dropped off by the Phantom instead of running forward turn around and run the the very corner of the platform and zoom in on the Phantom's that are flying away (there should be three) if you don't zoom in then it will just seem like they disappear into the clouds. Anyway just keep watching through your scope for about ten seconds and then when they finally disappear again you will see two reappear a second later flying crazily though the air as if shot by a rocket, falling down at an angle towards the platform while the third will fly almost right below you, close enough that you don't even need a scope to see it. If you keep looking through the scope it will come to a rest really far down and just sit there.
Delta Halo - Top of Level: Once you reach the part of Delta Halo where the Pelican drops Marines and ammo off (the third time a Pelican drops stuff off, not the first or second which are at the very beginning of the level) you should see about five of the Covenant Energy Shields, shoot a few with your Scorpion and then drive over them when the shield is gone. Wait for the shield to recharge and when it does move your tank. This doesn't work 100% of the time but it should cause you to fly really high up, enabling you to reach the top of the level. Secret Room: When you reach the same area as the Tank thing above this part, look where the two Covenant Heavy Plasma turrets are. Nearby there is a large stone block that's covering up a doorway. The block is on an angle and if you throw enough Grenades down you will move the block far enough for you to squeeze through, once inside there is a dark room filled with dead Grunts and a bunch of Plasma Grenades and a Sword. There is another door that leads to an elevated platform which you can jump off to get back to the level.
Headlong: There is a special sniper spot on Headlong that is really easy to get to. All you need is a Banshee, go to the place where the offensive team always starts off at (the one closest to the ocean) then look at the large metal blast doors that are closed. Look up and you should see a slant that goes up to the top of the building, this is where you are going to be flying your Banshee. Fly your Banshee as fast as you can up into the slant and the Banshee's momentum should carry you through the barrier where you can get out and snipe almost anyone on the map.
Sword Flying: This doesn't work if you got the new update on from Xbox live but if you don't have the update then you're fine. Get someone with a Energy Sword in the passenger seat of a Warthog and someone else stand next to the passenger seat of the Warthog. Next you have the guy with the Sword slice at the guy standing near the Warthog when the target turns red. Have the guy outside the Warthog then get as far away as possible and when you feel he's far enough have the Sword guy get out of the Warthog and he should start flying across the map, so long as he doesn't hit anything while flying.
