What to do in extreme temperatures without money to by energy to cool or heat your Motor Home!
(1) On hot days it can heat up early and stay hot all day in a Motor Home! 115F or more inside
the vehicle is not uncommon... try parking in shadows of trees or buildings, at night sleep on the
roof of the vehicle in or on top of a sleeping bag and watch the stars for hours, when daylight
comes go to cool rivers, streams, lakes and oceans to cool down. (not available in all areas)
Drink lots of water, go running, stay in good physical shape, avoid heat stroke, ect.
(2) On cold days it can be as low as 28F inside the vehicle, try parking in the sun daytime,
let the sunshine come in the windows to warm up the interior of Motor Home, sleep with socks,
T-shirt, long sleve thick pajama tops and pants in a well insulated sleeping bag under
several layers of thick blankets with a thick night cap on your head! Sleep from dusk to dawn
like bears. Go to natural hot springs to warm up for free. (not available in all areas, use
caution some hot springs may poison you)
If you have no money to cool or heat your Motor Home then these things may work for you to.
