The ribs, skins and spars were cut, bent and formed, but not drilled when I purchased the kit.
25-26 January 2004: Riveted Top & Bottom skins to ribs; Blind riveted spar to ribs. Still having problems with the rivets not sitting flush enough. I think it might be the dimple set that I'musing. I tried another rivet set and re-dimpled the holes that join the top and bottom skins to the spar. I haven't riveted them yet to see if it works.
21 January 2004: Riveted lower flap skin to ribs. My flush riveting skills on thin skins certainly has room for growth. I had to drill out a few of them an re-rivet them because I didn't like them. This is a row that came out mostly alright. An o.k. row of rivets & an example of what happens when the bucking bar slips off the rivet

22 December 2003 : With some new tools finally in-hand, I was able to start dimpling the parts of the Flaps. I've still got some more to do, but it'll have to wait until I get a return spring for a C-Frame that I am borrowing from a friend at the EAA Chapter. Dimpling the top Flap skin
11-13 September 2003 : Measured, drilled and clecoed ribs to spar and skins. Measured, cut, drilled and clecoed hinges to lower skin and spar flange. Haven't countersunk the lower spar flange yet. Also, decided to wait to drill lightening holes in RH Flap spar until I disassemble to alodine parts. At this time, both of the flaps are complete except for alodining, dimpling/countersinking the holes, and riveting.
The flap parts as they sit clecoed together, prior to dimpling
26 & 27 June 2003 : Measured, drilled and fitted ribs to lower flap skin. 15-23 June 2003 : LH Flap - Drilled holes in ribs, skins and spar. Drilled lightening holes in flap spar. Fitted and clecoed parts together for fit.
