If you are interested in making a booking, we will send you a Rental Agreement for you to complete. After we receive the signed agreement, along with your deposit, we will make the booking and provide you with a confirming letter along with your copy of the executed agreement. As the date of your visit approaches, we ask that you send the full amount of the rental, plus the $75 cleaning fee so it will be received no less than thirty days prior to your arrival. When the rental payment and cleaning fee have been received, we will send you another confirming letter along with maps and detailed instructions on how to get the keys, how to disarm and arm the security system and a thorough description of the home's amenities. This is what we call the "Hummingbird Heights Handbook". After you depart, our caretaker and cleaning service will inspect the home and notify us that everything has been left in proper order. Your initial deposit will be returned to you within thirty days of your departure.
Yes, we are pleased to offer a 10% discount for three consecutive weeks or longer.
Generally speaking, we do not offer weekend rentals during our active season, April - October. We have a Saturday-to-Saturday rental week and a weekend rental would block out two weeks. However, we do make exceptions during the winter months (November - March), but we look at each situation on an individual basis.
