TODAY'S CALL(11-23-09) The USA is failing morally at an increased speed. Sadly, many people are either numb or morally dead. I think this moral failure has lead to pessimism for our future, not just moral future, in a return to basic Biblical standards for human behavior, but also, about OUR NATION'S future general prosperity. The single great ABOMINATION ("taaev" Heb. meaning abhor, corrupt/unclean), under the watch of Pres. OBAMA IN OUR NATION, is HOMOSEXUALS running about unashamedly acting out their male on male, female on female acts beginning with public holding hands, kissing, etc. A so-called marriage of homosexuals is not Biblical, and does not advance Christ centered living. SCRIPTURE IN THE BIBLE UNIFORMLY CONDEMNS HOMOSEXUAL BEHAVIOR. Note Lev. 18; Romans 1. We must warn and counsel homosexual people to seek the Lord and His loving redeeming power. I can't SAVE myself, but JESUS can and is saving me now and will eternally. I can't save anyone else or the earth/planet, YET, Jesus can save anyone in the world/earth who will call upon HIS NAME, while having faith in Him. He can and will make our planet/earth afresh and new in our FATHER'S time. All I and everyone else needs to do, is leave/turn from OUR sin/sins to HIS great love and power and follow Him as His own. This is simple and true for those with faith in Him and His Word. See Romans 10:13. HLW TRUTH Truth is still, has been, and will always be basic in freedom of life in Christ Jesus; see Jn. 8:32. That is reason why Jesus said: "I am the way, the truth and the life": Jn. 14:06. Jesus is the way (Gk . "Hodos" with definite article "hae" to God): the singular way to God's acceptance and gracious presence where sins are not remembered and have been paid for). God is the Father of full truth as is Jesus Christ the Son. Again in Him is found the truth (Gk. "alaetheia" with the definite article and singular) and the life (Gk. "zoa" the eternal life from God through Jesus Christ). This lifeway is a blessed/happy journey of holy fruitfulness under the holy power of God's Holy Spirit; see Gal. 5:22. And everyone who receives this good news must die (be crucified in Christ, Gal. 2:20) to sin's dominion. This is truly a state of blessed happiness. Amen!!! HLW
MISSION OF THE CHURCH IN TIME I'm reviewing my and others present and past interpretations of the Church/Body of Christ as we move on to its end in the world as we know it. The main concern is the condition of the world as the Body of Christ develops; and the effect of the Church on the world with all the tension and stress involved. We are to openly and scripturally review the Church and timing of its being caught up to reign with Jesus Christ. It is clear that over the years since the resurrection and return of Jesus Christ to the presence/throne of His Father God that conditions in the world on the earth follow the prophetic words of Jesus in Matthew, chapter 24. God has allowed the Jewish Temple to be destroyed with only its ruins remaining as we learn from history and a present day examination of its site. With that destruction we are left to consider the reality of where the presence of God is personally located on earth. Is that in a building, behind a vale, built by man? Let me say: God dwells personally on earth today in the Body of Christ which includes all truly born again, regenerated persons who have turned in repentance to Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior. Therefore, the Church is to be victorious on earth in battle with the forces of Satan. See my study of the book of Revelation on the internet (HOWARD WATSON CHRISTIAN STUDY PAGE). Also I suggest a study of other commentators including Dr. David Mains and Bob Fraley's programs found in "The Remarkable Revelation" on the fulfillment of prophecy and the Church. SOLEMN, SACRED EVENT 12/24/08 Christians and Saints, we all celebrate the coming of our Lord with thoughts of brilliant change and glory. Our Lord first changed from being in the Glory of the Father to becoming a little lower than the angels as a man/baby born of Mary in human flesh. He served His heavenly Father in life and death on earth in sacred cause for unholy, sinful, lost persons. But, with resurrection power and being, He in victory, for all who trust in Him as Christ, Savior and Lord, arose and is waiting for individuals from every race, place and time to come to Him, while taking up their personal crosses of self denial and thereby, a new life of love, fellowship, and service. These are: those who await His coming, AGAIN, from heaven to the earth. That will be the occasion and time of greatest change for all who in personal belief and commitment have trusted in Him as their own Christ, Savior and Lord. That will be the believing Saints' great change from our fleshly, human, mortal, bodies to new immortal bodies, and to appear with Him in glory for all earth and heaven to see. Yes, what a day of eternal time that will be!!! HLW 12/13/08 SAME SEX IMMORALITY The sexual play of homosexuality is a clear rebellion against God's order for a man and woman to join in a sacred and ordained union for joyousiy/pleasurably bringing children/people into the world. This provides family, and community upon the earth. Homosexuals are wrong in living in rebellion to God's order. They, also, reject their own physical being for godly sexual union. God rejects this and charges them with an abomination worthy of death, unless there is true repentance and change through faith in Jesus Christ as Savior and Lord. Homosexuality has no place in God's frame of worldly order among men and women. Consequently, not only Christians, but all people must reject the false projections of homosexuals and hold homosexuals responsible for breaking down society and turning it to evil and idolatrious self worship. <11-27-08 UNTHANKFUL> I'm not thankful for: unwise national and public debt, drug and alcohol frenzy, homosexual frenzy, Muslim jihad frenzy, lazy loafer give-me people, Christless churches, public schools of lower learning which degrade students morally and spiritually, while students get by through cheating But, I'm thankful for the LORD JESUS' saving work, family, brothers and sisters in Christ, freedom to serve our Lord in the USA and world, personal health and well being, and blessed hope in Jesus christ. Remember to say no to homosexualism. HLW NOTE FOR NOVEMBER 2008 With more financial troubles coming on, the future is dim for economic recovery in the USA. More people are being laid off, adding more complexed problems to financially troubled America. Debt is everywhere including the US government where public debt is mounting to a nearly unbearable height. What nation or individual will lend to a government whose debt is out of control? If you are debt free then you may sleep more easily. But, many, or maybe most people have debts and little savings. Trying to operate a business or even a home on borrowed money/funds is extremely risky and stressful. The essentials of physical living: food, clothing, heating/cooling and reliable shelter will come to a crisis situation for more and more families, and those in unconventional living styles. How many more street people can society support? Government, regardless of politics, will have more and more demands that it can't meet and problems which it can't solve. Only people of goodwill and economy independence will be able to share with those in their new found poverty. And, more and more people are going from comparative prosperity and abundance to nothingness and poverty. The Body of Christ will survive and will provide help to the poor and heavy laden. So let's get ready. HLW YESTERDAY VS. TODAY Today we are building upon the past. The past, with our Savior Jesus Christ's redemptive work, gives the believer a true assured foundation to fully trust for today and forever. Give thanks for yesterday and what it means for today. Only Christ Jesus living in you, by your firm faith in His abiding presences, will enable you to fulfill His work as planned by the Heavenly Father for/in you today. OUR TIME IS NOW AND IS SHORT for each one of us. . HLW Oprah/Obama CULT? In recent years we've seen Oprah Winfrey develop a cult-like following of believers in her leadership and direction. More recently we have seen the sudden rise of Barack Hussein Obama with the support of Oprah. Jointly they now have a cultic appeal among both black/colored and white/colored people in the USA and around the world or as least in many places. The characteristics of this new cult-like culture are: a center of female dominated biracial people; and some past connection with both Christian and Moslem Religions (Oprah and Obama are both past members of Wright's church in Chicago, Ill.), while Obama was born of a Moslem father and his Moslem family; both reach out to wide audiences of multiracial groups but more female than male in dominant numbers, both have a quietly nonthreatening demeanor but are strong, persistant and attractive; both attract large audiences of feverishly adoring people. Finally, neither gives any constant public credit to Jesus Christ as Lord of their own life even though they were past members of the same church. Is this a true developing cult and teaching/doctrine by Oprah and Obama with female dominant leadership? It appears so. Being centered in the USA, this new cult/culture is strongly socialist in government with public ownership replacing private ownership of materials and property, and is fundamentally godless, humanistic, and internationalistic from the capital in Washington, D. C. One thing for sure, Brother Oliver (Rev. William Oliver), you are very concerned about Obama becoming President as maybe a clear indication of Satan's wiles with the masses: mainly colored people and impressionable others less Biblical in their worldview. It's very unlikely that Obama; who overpresents himself as a leader when he has never been a leader or head of anything outside of very small and symbolic positions; i.e. "HARVARD LAW REVIEW," can be a well grounded and positive president who knows what he is doing under God. His personal direction is very blurred and unassuring. He talks about hope, reaching out, governing power, and himself, with a big "I." I is a favorite word. Is he truly hung up on himself? He may think that he can somehow be a phenomenal person and leader due to his roots and background.. Some have called him Messiah or SAVIORLIKE. THAT IS WHAT BOTHERS MOST BORN FROM ABOVE PEOPLE who study their Bibles. Even Elvis Presley told his admirers that Jesus Christ was/is the Savior/KING, not Elvis. Thusly, Obama looks very questionable as leader of the democratic nations of the world. ( It's in the Lord's hands for He is Kings of Kings and Lord of Lords). Obama says he prays to Jesus daily, but who has heard him emphasize Jesus as Lord of his life in total reality? Obama does not fully rely upon the Word of God as given in the Bible when he questions the Bible's position on homosexuality as a sin and an abomination. Here he is taking his thought from Biblical criticism as taught by modernist teachers, who throw out miracles and various teachings of the Old and New Testament, and then teach unbiblical doctrines of Scripture, God, and Jesus Christ. Truly, Obama represents a groping for power by unsound and undisciplined people who really don't want clear Jesus Christ centered leadership and dominion of their own lives. Note, the many/most media people, entertainers, greedy money/wealth seekers, socialists/communists, humanists and Godless ones. Let us lift and hold up Jesus Christ in the power of Elohim/God our creator. Brother Watson DECISION DIRECTION Since God knows the future and gives a basic outline in His WORD, you can have quiet peaceful confidence for now and for the future. No one outside of our Heavenly Father controls our now and the future. What's number one on His program? It is to preach Jesus Christ as Savior, Lord and King who is building an eternal kingdom for His chosen people. Daily, people are being brought into His Kingdom through their believing up Him as their Lord and Savior. Secondly, God's plan is for His people to love one another. Our Christian brother's need is our need. Thirdly, God is allowing the world and its people to carry on with their lives without Him if they wish to do so, however they must give an accounting of their lives as lived on earth. When a person refuses Jesus Christ, and goes on in disbelief, no other religion or leader can truly provide final help. A full belly, a nice house, and a savings account can't give peace and happiness, if the future is black with death. No other human leader can give redemption for sin and new life, temporal or eternal. Jesus and the Father know how and can, without any doubt. In Christ Jesus our future is secure. HLW GET OVER... GOD OF ABUNDANCE

GOD IS ANGRY We need to be clear on the anger ("orge" Gk.) and wrath (thumao Gk.) of God. See Mt. 3:7, Jn. 3:36, Ro.1:18, 2:5, Eph. 5:6, Col.3:6, ITh. 1:10, Rev. 6:16, 16:19, 19:15. Adam and Eve were driven from the garden of Eden, a wonderful home of secure paradise in God's fellowship and presence. The reason was their disobedience and failure to trust God, completely, in His loving kindness. Noah's race was put to death from the earth because of their wickedness and ever increasing sin. God is angry with rebellion and disbelief and His anger will be spent in just judgment. We can neglect God's plan of salvation but we can't escape God's anger and judgment. When people turn from the Good News of God's Son, Jesus Christ, while refusing to heed the message of grace and forgiveness for rebellion and sin, then judgment's death will come upon them. No unbeliever can escape the final judgment of God. People need to repent and to openly call upon the name of Jesus Christ for remission of sin through His death for their sin. At this Christmas season signs of continued rejection of Jesus Christ are found in most public space and events. It impresses that Christmas is not a celebration of the birth of God's Son. No, it is a season to play and to buy stuff. It is not a time to thank the Heavenly Father for His mercy and grace but a time to drink alcoholic drinks, play gambling games, and to smoke something for the fog or just to lie around and watch shows. Finally, people are encouraged to end the year with resolutions to better themselves, quite independently of God. 'WHEN I SAY: I'M A CHRISTIAN'<
Good and thought provoking words.. To give a thought, most of us do not frequently introduce ourselves as Christian but we give a kind smile and a warm hand with words of grace. We don't belong to ourselves but to Him and His power of life giving presence within us. I'm (we're nothing) but a world bound (hell bound) sinner without Him. Nevertheless, by trusting in our Savior/Lord Jesus Christ, we are saints, purified and cleansed/washed in His sinless blood, living abundantly on earth but bound for heaven, forever. HLW

MONEY HUNGRY
Again and again somebody scoffs respect of the Bible with the phrase "Bible
thumpers." Who in the Universe will argue with the Ten Commandments including the
Tenth Commandment: "you shall not covet." This includes money hungry gamblers who are coveting
the money/property of their fellow gambler. Even the Devil/Satan showed some twisted
respect for the authority of Scripture.
GAMBLING/LOTTERY CORRUPTING WV The state lottery continues to be a cancer upon our state government. Its' sweet and sour offerings appeal to many people. Look at the programs it alledgely supports, students, seniors, poor people's health needs, and public schools. Through these popular widespread programs a sweetness is applied to the evil of covetousness and greed of those who play. Gambling is being made popular. You can gamble about everywhere i.e. convenient stores, drug stores, grocery stores and other popular places. WV continues to decline economically and morally; more people are into stealing/cheating, drugs, alcohol and gambling. People are continuing to leave the state to work and live elsewhere. I've spent my entire ministry in the Charleston area of WV and I'm past the retirement age of sixty-five. I've not seen a real change to Christ Jesus in Charleston. I see Charleston as still a lost city where churches are not spiritually impacting great numbers of its residents. Yet, a few churches in Charleston are carrying the main load of evangelizing/discipling people in the area. HLW HOW DOES GOD SEE US NOW? HOW IS THE NEIGHBORHOOD?
A question upon my mind today is: "HOW DOES GOD SEE US?" As I read the gambling vote in Kanawha County, one-half of the people voted with/for gambling and more gambling. While most of those people may not gamble at all, many are gamblers on a lesser scale. They play the state lottery at the convenience store or gamble at bingo games. They are told by the WV Lottery Commission: "when you play the lottery everyone wins!" Yet with the other hand they (WV Lottery Commission) have put up many billboard pictures of a child saying "mommy or daddy are gamblers (play the lottery) and I'm without ...." necessary care and food or clothing. The Lottery Commission offers a phone number to find counseling to curb gambling addiction. God does not accept greed and cover ups of hypocrisy. Tri-State sees this hypocrisy in the State as well as the vulnerability of sinful people to greed. The promise of winning money, taxes for city and state programs; and the promised high wages/pay for work/employment at their Tri-State gambling casino (castle of sin) has many thousands fooled. Almighty God knows the outcome for sin. The Bible says: "The wages of sin is death." With more gambling and the other activities around a Casino which accompany a loose lifestyle of sin, there will fewer and fewer pictures of Tri-State employees cleanly dressed with all those smiles as though they are on a Sunday School picnic. HLW 8/11/07 GAMBLING VOTE OUTCOME
By getting over 22,000 voters to vote yes, it appears to say Tri-State got their "Green offerings across" with their green topped carrots to everyone except perceiving Christians and some others. Since this is not an economic issue at base but a moral/spiritual issue, we cannot stop our fight against evil in the form of gambling greed. We have just gotten a true taste of satan's deceptions and how it attracts many people. I believe the battle has just begun. We have the direction from our Lord to put satan under our feet and to go into the world which satan claims and expose evil, sin and ungodliness with the light of the Gospel of Jesus Christ. . Tri-State as a gambling/greed empire is part of satan's empire. We need to continue our prayer and work for the deliverance of all those involved in any way in the construction/maintenance work and operations of Tri-State from top to bottom including contractors and owners. On the final outcome of the 8/11/07 vote, a win of less than 100 votes out of nearly forty-five thousand is going to face every kind of challenge. Out and out vote buying could be a deciding legal factor. I trust that none of us opposed to gambling expansion disobeyed the law in vote buying or doing other known illegal activities. HLW .

If they've got that much of patrons' GREEN/money from offering gambling opportunities, and want to throw it away in a gamble where so many hard working and God fearing people don't want them, they've lost their lottery marbles-dice. They must go or change their operations and attraction from gambling games and opportunities to clean family entertainment opportunities if most of us hard working, God fearing mountain people welcome them to stay. I vote a red NO on gambling expansion and believe they'll go. Let them fasten their seatbelts and take their GREEN and go up 77 to some place else. But, where will or should they go? UNION SUPPORTERS OF TRI-STATE Skilled trades, miners, laborers, police, and other unions have joined in support of gambling expansions. What goes here? Why do people who work and labor to earn their money support something which takes money but produces nothing except loss and debt for most people who gamble. There are few winners and many losers. Those losers may be many of and the same people who are members of unions, who have voted for gambling and gambling expansion. Why would a teacher's union, whose membership consists of people who are paid to guide and instruct everyone else's children support gambling taxation for their personal benefit or pension funding? Every union member knows that any funds coming their way, whether is in the form of wages, or taxation for pensions, may be the result of loses or expenditures of gamblers who lost money at Tri-State. Is there no shame in Kanawha County unions? Do union members only care about their own gains in wages for working at Tri-State or their pension funds being filled? Unions do you want to tie your future to the success of a gambling venture which in turn will be a burden on the total resources of society (town, county, state)? Which is really the best vote in the short or long run? The green yes of money lost in gambling money games or the red for No to gambling and the expansion of gambling at Tri-State with fewer problems for locally owned businesses and local families who are spending their lives here. Union leaders hold greater responsibility above their members. Individual union members need to vote responsibly according to their Lord and conscious. I have already voted NO. Daily Mail tackles/attacks the Church
Daily Mail Scribe writes 8/7/07 Jake Stump wrote today that there are Christians working at Tri-State. Three were interviewed. He concluded they are happy to be employees of Tri-State and are Christians in contrast to Churches and Christians who in abuse of their faith use strong data/tactics and statements in their opposition to Tri-State's gaming (gambling) operation. These two women and a man don't profess to gamble, like their jobs and support the planned expansion of gambling operations. The DAILY MAIL HAS ENDORSED TRI-STATE GAMBLING EXPANSION AND RECEIVES PAYMENT FOR daily FULL PAGE ADS SUPPORTING GAMBLING EXPANSION. My advise to Mr. Stump don't be like the Scribes in Christ's day when He went about cleansing the Temple of financial thieves. I ask are not gamblers who seeks other people's money in games of supposed luck and chance, just a step away from thieves and robbers whom Jesus ran off? Some of the Scribes and priests decided to go after and get Jesus. They tried to catch Him in His Word so they could tell others that He was a blasphemer. Scribes need to know when they attack the Body of Christ His Church and try to divide it with trick questions for evil purposes, personal gain/money and favor from the powers that be, God and the Lord of His Body the Church will judge them at the great white throne. Reason again to vote a NO to the powers of money, greed and cheap deceitful gain. These three professed Christians need to know that while they have pleased their employer (Tri-State), Mr. Stump and the Daily Mail what they have said and do in their work is not a credit to the Lord Jesus Christ, who will lead His Church to victory in the world of sin, death and hell's end.
SUNDAY AUG. 5, 20007 Today I ministered again at the Eskdale Baptist Church. My morning message was from I Cor. 14. On last Wednesday besides ministering the Word, I walked in front of the Church site while holding a vote NO sign to the passing people/vehicles on Cabin Creek Road. I urge everyone to vote against expansion of gambling in WV and Kanawha County on Sat. 8/11/07. Barbara and I voted our "Nos" early on last Friday in Charleston. I pray for a spiritual awakening in our area, state and nation. People exploiting others through gambling will destroy us in time. Gambling proponents claim economic expansions and jobs. I believe their promises will fall short. Jobs will be short lived and bankruptcy will disrupt more lives. Families-Homes will go broke and crime will increase at all levels. Hardness and bitterness of spirit in depression will hound more and more persons. Churches and believers will decline in number and influence as more and more people migrate elsewhere. POSSESSIONS/MONEY Jehovah/Elohim has planned that we garden and work our earth in earnest effort. And when we honor Him with our first fruits of our laborer He is pleased. Stewardship is mankind's responsibility toward God. We don't bring the excess of our labors but we bring the first fruits to Him in thanksgiving. We acknowledge Him as our creator and source of supply and blessing. We are not to throw the fruit of our labor into the trash-bin when someone could be feed, clothed, housed, even if he is our enemy. Jesus taught his disciples to gather up the fragments after feeding thousands upon their following His instructions to sit down and let His disciples serve them. Don't trash something good. When we possess more than we need, let us not throw it away or turn it over to someone who doesn't need it in a foolish waste of money in a gambling game. A true Christian who is following Jesus is very concerned about the needs of others and is not trying to get their stuff or money, and leaving them empty or exploited. One thing terribly wrong in the USA is the act of people exploiting others. The crafty exploiter doesn't care who he catches in his scheme if it makes money for his own bank account. He'll do it again and again. He sees nothing wrong. He ignores Jehovah/Elohim who'll call him to an accounting at the end of his day of earthly life. HLW IT'S NOT GOOD Gambling proceeds are taxed for seniors' activities/services according to politicians, casinos and gambling/lottery stores. I'm a senior citizen and will vote against this scheme. NEWSPAPER SELL OUT We expect better from the Gazette/Daily Mail, editorial writers than their no fault in gambling doctrine. They see/believe the promises of good jobs and money being (expectantly) lost in the fun and pleasure of gambling by the arrival of more out of state gamblers. Don't they call the place Tri-State: WV, Ohio, Kentucky. They buy into the idea of Tri-State Racetrack & Gaming Center making Kanawha County a better place to live, raise your family or work. We used to be proud of our "Chemical Valley of the world." We happily endured the bad odors. But, I don't plan to endure the odors of smoke and perspiration of a gambling center. I've avoided the places. First, I would discourage anyone from applying for any kind of work out there; or, on the other hand, getting involved in any way, employee or patron. It'll be bad for your health both morally/spiritually and physically. Your cortisol and adrenalin will play havoc with your whole being. I'd like to see the "stats" on the number of gamblers who develop hypertension and die of cardiac conditions. Second, I see this as a continuing failure, in addition to becoming a spiritual/moral nightmare, a financial failure for the owners and many who will be bankrupted by debt, with employees being discharged and homes/lives being disrupted, then in the end the bankrupted loser/ gambling/fools. A few police chiefs, politicians, and some of the general public who think it won't create more problems for everyone don't perceive the "load of bad luck" that permeates a gambling casino/store. You can't build a life, marriage/family and community on luck. I preach: you build life on a commitment of faith in Jesus Christ, God and hard work, not hard or good luck. Still voting NO. I'm so disgusted and outraged, I can't wait to cast my vote straight from my heart. It's NO!!! I don't believe I've ever been given such an opportunity as this: to voted God's plan and not man's. Report on Oaks Field " No to casino gambling" rally this evening. Beautiful weather. Very small crowd for the size stadium, maybe two to three hundred. Crowd was really into the spirit of the meeting. The speakers were fine and committed to working to stop the expansion of gambling in our area and state at this time. I saw pastor David Pence, pastor of Grace Baptist Temple in St. Albans. I've known brother Pence many years. He lost his wife a while back to cancer. They were a real team together in the Lord's work. My daughter Stephanie loved them very much as a student at Elk Valley Christian School in the 1980's when David was pastor of the Mt. Pleasant Baptist Church in Elkview.. I don't believe the meeting was well publicized. I learned about it late last night. I tried to get word to others. If the size of the crowd is indicative, the voter turnout for the rejection of casino gambling will be very small. I'm working and praying that Christians will become active and vote to reject this and we begin the job of turning WV around to make it a better place for families to live, work and become securely blessed in Christ Jesus. Otherwise, I think we are sinking faster and faster into godlessness, crime, moral breakdown and spiritual decay. REAL WV prosperity will be a thing of yesterday. And, I fear for our grandchildren's future in my beloved state. HLW REAL CRISIS Here in the USA we hear about various crises: the gambling stores claim they need more gambling options to hold their income levels, employment levels and to be able to hire more people to work in the gambling stores (I suggest they just go out of business and reopen as zoos or people enrichment centers); the environment/green-earth people claim they want more green area and less manufacturing area to keep the earth clean and pure; the Moslem people claim and fight a holy war because Allah is neglected and is not pleased. Here's what I think is the real crisis: Jehovah/Lord/God and His Christ is being rejected and He is stepping in with His powers of judgement. Therein is the real crisis. It's not just too little rain, too much rain, too hot, too much Sun energy, too many people to feed, too many people to keep healthy, and too many people in the same place fighting one another. It's too few people calling out to Jehovah/God in Christ Jesus for His regeneration and new birth. People, all, are accountable to God for their lives as they live them. All people fail, fall and sin when they live without God's guidance and power. God's 'faithful' understand this fact and it ignites their faith in Him and His Word. He is pleased when we take Him at His Word in Christ who came to make Father/God known to us. What we see in Christ Jesus is God/Jehovah. We learn God's plan in the school of Christ. Simply, God's/Jehovah's plan is to save in Jesus Christ a body of people for His eternal self. There will be a new heaven and earth, eternally satisfying and blessed with enduring peace, love and complete resting in Christ Jesus' VICTORIOUS joy. This is for those who left 'all' to follow Jesus Christ as their personal Savior and Lord. hlw NEW RELIGION A certain new zealous but small group of promise making evangelists is winning important converts: mayors, county commissioners, police and fire chiefs, newspaper editorial writers and more who are coming/going out in support of gambling/gaming expansions. Many of our political leaders, including the governor, got this new religion earlier and promised to make more student scholars with lottery funds, while increasing the number of students entering WV colleges and universities. This move won many new converts. Now the same method/idea is being focused upon getting into the pocket monies of pleasure seekers from across the country/nation to come and empty their pockets here in WV counties at our new casinos, while staying at our new hotels, eating at our many restaurants, and shopping in our towns and stores, maybe even visit our capitol, parks, theaters, and who knows what? Possibly they'll stay a week and go to a church or synagogue. But not any Mosque, because Muslims are more into their own religion and don't gamble. It had been the "old time" religion which reigned all around WV; a religion of hard work, love and spend on your family, go to church faithfully and love the Lord. Now it's the new religion of finding an easy way to empty the money pockets of those who have money or credit to support an easier life of comfort for a sick and drugged people. Yes, and those people who might want to really work for a living can find work, building and maintaining the new casinos, hotels, restaurants and shops. But then, forget about the many counseling jobs to aid the addicted and poorer people who lost their way-home money. They can't afford a counselor or to buy a meal or ticket back home. In time, homeless shelters will boom. And just maybe, WV will join the greatest pleasure finding destinations in the eastern part of good Ole USA, the whole country, and the world. with the same fervor which they had 1300 years ago. I believe our
God/Yehweh/Jehovah will bring things to a head and break Satan's power not
only in the Middle East but worldwide. Jesus Christ is the Almighty Heir of all
things; true Christians are His servants/workers/joint-heirs. Satan
knows his time is short. That's the reason for the chaos and confusion in
the USA and the world. Satan is showing his acts as boldly as ever. OIL

CHRIST JESUS' CROSS There may be some question about the height, weight, or pattern of the cross of Golgotha/Calvary. There is no such question about Jesus of Nazareth being crucified on the cross at the condemning request of the Jewish leaders by the hand of the Roman soldiers under their Centurion. Yet, some have questioned the fact of His full death, and His resurrection from the tomb. Why did the Son of God willingly die by the works/plot of men? True, men did deny that He was the Son of God, the King of Israel. The eternal merciful work of El Shaddai, Almighty God, in saving grace, was the only answer. It was the wisdom of God for the full redemption of sinful people that Jesus paid sin's price/penalty. That is to bring sinners from death and hell's eternal doom and gloom into God's righteous family of human beings, created of/by God for the relationship of becoming children of God in His own likeness and holy righteous character. We now can fully live by His death in our stead. In His grace and mercy He has freed us from eternal damnation by our faith and belief/trust in Him. That is testified to by the empty tomb and post- resurrection appearances of Jesus Christ to His people and Apostles. He lives and we can live through Him. Father God laid upon His Son all our wickedness and sins in full payment/ransom ("antilutron" Gk.a ransom, redemption, price in full for our sin) in order to bring us to Himself as cleansed and purified for fellowship in Christ as the congregated/unified one and only bride of our loving Lord/God. THANKS! Yes, I think you are right on this issue of crime, violence and USA TROUBLES. This young man of Korean origin, lived near Washington D.C. with his family who had a cleaning business serving the people of that area. His impressions were not good, if you read his notes. He transferred those impressions to Va. Tech and was very closed to others while harboring Satanic ideas about everything. Whatever Christian contacts he may have had did not affect or change him. ANTICIPATE Muslim terrorists' aggression will lead to a world- wide rejection of Moslem teachings and dogma. Moslems will by the thousands become apostate or inactive. Most of their converts will backslide. Yet, the call for self-murder/suicide will attract more true believers/Moslems for a while until the Mullahs/Imams promoting it are rejected or arrested. Global warming concerns will become more heated until true scientists find the facts and any needed changes are accepted by all nations. My view is that global warming warnings of soon coming disaster are a hoax. RAPTURE Jesus Christ is ready to return for the true Church, but God the Father is long in patience and wills for the Gospel to be heard by everyone. That is basically possible now with the modern lines of communication wide open. When those lines are shut down and governments start derailing the pulpit both inside and outside of designated appointed established sites, Christian preachers are arrested and appointed to prison, and individual believers are muzzled, then God's longsuffering will cease. That condition has happened in the past in Europe and elsewhere, but not everywhere. POLITICS AND THE CHURCH Christians will continue to clamp down on politicians and their work in government, to recognize a true family unit, to recognize the value of human life in the womb even when human embryos are involved in treatment of older/already born individuals, and for the government to stay out of tax payer's pockets. I think the individual needs to work and be free to spend/save his/her own money/earnings as he/she learns and believes is wise. AS IT IS! Satan continues to fail; what he offers doesn't satisfy or bring blessings of the Lord. What he does hinders and deceives. Where he leads is not where you should want to go. Currently in his world system everything is in chaos; with murder, hatred and corruption abounding. DISCOVERY CHANNEL REMAINS OF JESUS SHOW 3/2007 The evidence presented in this show is faulty to the extreme and spiritually vain. The historical record of eye witnesses is clear on the empty tomb and the absence of Jesus Christ of Israel's remains; His being alive, not dead, via the promised resurrection as the Christ of Israel, is without any dispute, for He lives today in heaven with the Father, and on earth in His visible body the Church. CLEAN Mothers try to keep their children clean, free from dirt and grime. Do you remember your mother's washing you up and over and then how she'd look you over before sending you out to school, church or to visit friends? We do remember! God likewise wants His children to be clean, spiritually from the grime and foul evil of sin. So by our trust in Him he removes our sin and gives to us a new garment purchased by the blood of Jesus Christ, which is whole purely clean and fit for abundant living every day and hour. Everybody feels bad in contrast to feeling good at various times. Why do we feel bad? For one, being ill with sinus, cold, flu, and various aches and pains causes a person to feel bad. The first goal would be to restrict the amount of time that we bodily feel ill or bad. So as to feel good most of the time without being sick and having the accompanying aches and nausea. First, have a reasonable schedule for all activities. Second, plan to be alone for periods of time daily; during this time pray and concentrate on fellowship with God in Christ; read scripture, think about the message of the scripture. Third, seek opportunities to aid someone in their need. Fourth, keep talking with Jesus in your heart and with others with your voice.
The truth here is found in working out in your own life, by the dynamite power of God, your own salvation through Christ Jesus. Read Philippians 2 noting verses 12 and 13. This IS consuming truth for abundant living , as the Lord works in us: victory, victory, victory.
CONCORD Concord and unity exemplify Christians in our labor in Christ's kingdom. Satan works against us to breakdown our unity and mutual support. Satan works through our egotistical self interest. Every Christian must daily deal with the issue of self-centered living verses Christ centered living. If the deceiver/slanderer can get our attention upon ourselves and not on Jesus Christ then he will have an alley to separate us from our comforting peace and fellowship in Christ. Let's get self out of the way and make sure Jesus Christ is the head leader of our doings and goings. SNOW Glistening white; pure and soft; melting into water; and good for consumption; that's snow. There has been a lot of snow in many places this winter. Here in Pinch,WV it's a beautiful sight. Children love snow because it means fun and maybe a free day from school. The Bible teaches that our sins are covered by the living blood of Jesus Christ so that our sins are forgiven and instead of the darkness of sin's guilt we receive the pure cleansing snow like whiteness of justification. We are to be dressed in a white robe of righteousness whenever we confess our sins in repentance and belief in Christ Jesus as our Savior and Lord. See Psa. 51:7; Isa. 1:18; Mt. 18:3; Rev. 1:14 and I John 1:9. JOHN CHAPTER THREE," HE MUST INCREASE" Look to verses 22 to 36. Jesus continues His ministry with His disciples in Judea as they baptize and preach repentance for the kingdom of heaven is at hand; this is the same message which John the Baptist and his disciples were preaching. John is to Jesus what the "best man" is to the bridegroom who has the bride and is being married. He rejoices in support of the event/marriage. John therefore says: "I am not the Christ, I am sent before that One." "He (Jesus) must increase but I must decrease/diminish." The word for increase is "auexanein" from "auexano" to grow or increase. The word for decrease is "elattousthai" from "elattao" meaning to make less or diminish. Jesus is the Christ/Savior and John is the faithful witness. Jesus is from above (heaven) and is above all that is on the earth. Therefore, all people need to hear and see the witness/testimony of Jesus Christ, from those who have heard His witnesses and are personally experiencing the saving grace of God. God the Father loves the Son and all things are given into His hands. Jesus is the redeemer who gives eternal life "zoen aionion" and consequent deliverance from the wrath of God, to those who receive Him by faith; for God is angry with disobedience and unbelief in the world of His creation. ANGER Uncontrolled emotional outbursts of anger often lead to unhappy quarrels and fights. People get hurt and relationships are shattered. Our anger can be harmful both in the short and in the long run. The Bible contains much about anger. God is angry towards rebellion and unbelief. God acts to punish sin, in settled anger/wrath against sin; for sin leads to destruction and death. God acts to stop rebellion and deadly sin. In His anger(qasteph) against sin God allows diseases/plagues to come upon His people, to turn them from their unbelief and rebellion, so they may return to Him for life and blessings. Yet, we are told in the scriptures to let our anger(thumos, excited passion of anger) and wrath (orge, deep flowing anger) be taken away in a clean sweep. See Ephesians 4:31. This is done by yielding to the Holy Spirit's rule of our spirit. In Colossians 3:8 we are admonished to put off anger and wrath. Personal anger and wrath does not make us into peacemakers but it will lead us to part from one another with bitterness and strife. We must allow our Father God in Christ to bring light and understanding, through the warmth of His divine love being poured into our hearts. Then we handle our emotional hurts in a kind, forgiving and reconciling approach to our friend or foe. And, finally, human wrath does not accomplish God's wrath for Him. God alone, in His wisdom, will judge hurts and sin by His justice and righteousness. HOLY, HOLY, HOLY ("hagios" Gk.) Holy, holy, holy are words of sacred distinction, meaning powerfully living separate from defilement and death. In Rev. 4: 6f a great truth of praise is repeated for all heaven and earth to know. God alone is worthy of these three repeats of the four living creatures. God almighty is the power above all power, who is everlasting and living in powerful presence. Three holys to/in one living eternal personal God "Theos". Just stop now where you are and repeat these words: " Holy holy, holy Lord God almighty who was and is and is coming." Our Lord Jesus is coming. But, He is presently sitting at the right side of Father/God with victory and has all the help and strength needed for you now. Let Him be Lord of your circumstances, right now. hlw EASY SIN, HARD RESULTS We should not be surprised about how easy it is to sin (miss-a-mark, error, proneness to sin) "harmartia" Gk. as individuals in this world of sinfulness, disregard of Jehovah/God, who is holy and pure in being. Adam and Eve chose to disobey God in spite of knowing God's commandment. They received just penalty for their sin: death, in loss of open fellowship with God in pure joyful bliss and love. They became fearful of meeting God in their shame. This day, people continue to avoid God and His full presence in their hearts and lives. The reason is: their sins stand between them and God. We people, without the Holy Spirit of God in our lives, are spiritually dead, and, physical death becomes a dark hole of fearfulness. We need to confess our sin and faults before God and man, while asking Jesus Christ to cleanse us from our sins - while granting to us His Holy Spirit. The Holy Spirit will be our comforter, teacher and guide into the loving pure service of our Heavenly Father and to each other. We ask eveyone to join us in sharing God's gifts of full and final salvation, now and forever, as found in Jesus the only true Christ. HLW UNBELIEVABLE Friends, I imagine you're as perplexed by what the Moslem clerics and their figureheads are putting out. For instance: "we are a peaceful religion." We want to see the world become godly and surrendering to the will of Allah/god. Then, we hear and read about destroying the great Satan and Israel or murdering infidels. So we must conclude that they are confused on the Qa'ran and what it commands or the imams are deliberately giving differing interpretations. If your breath gets a little short and labored, be thankful you can breathe
and know it's a sign to check out your health.
If you prayed and found your mind wandering off, be thankful that you caught
yourself in time to ask the Lord to help you pray from your heart to Him and
to empty your mind of other things less important.
If you sit down to work and find you don't like what you are doing, be
thankful that you know that your interests and energies are craving
something
more and better suited.
If you awoke this morning and thought about another morning in the past that
you'd like to repeat, be thankful that your past was pleasant and ask the
Lord to open your eyes to all of His goodness and power to make your todays
just as
pleasant..
Be thankful before you begin to fix and to eat the turkey. USA AND WORLD POLITICS Is the Lord concerned about USA politics? I think so. He's concerned
about the rulers of nations and their policies. As we see in Revelation, of
which you can find in my pages and commentary on my website, there is great evil
being done against Christ's people in the name of law, religion and atheism.
This is a form of tribulation, trial and testing of the Christian's faithful
witness. On the other hand, Christ is fighting against the powers of Satan's
darkness in this world with His mighty Word/sword and will utterly defeat Satan
and his forces. If you are a true Christian you are involved in Christ's
ultimate war against the powers of Satan in high places and diverse ways.
Remember, Satan works through world powers/nations/groups/individuals and
religious systems. But only Christ Jesus is Lord and will prevail. And,
Christ's people will rule on earth with Him, in His reign of total
righteousness. I doubt that many politicians perceive this Biblical revelation.
Most nation leaders/rulers/politicians and some religious figures think in terms
of money handling and gain, earthly power, people/society moving/influencing,
and control of people with a fear of anarchy as well as freedom. Howard Watson I WILL WORSHIP Giving worship to God is our first duty, with all that we are and have.. We bow before Him "proskuneo" Gk. Our worship is one of reverence and love. Our whole personal being, our heart, mind, physical powers come in humble worship of our Lord and God. Our offering is a total giving to God in fleshly bodies and spiritual dedication. In this, people worship Jesus Christ; beginning at His birth and continuing till this day. And all will bow before Him because He is the only Lord. Our eyes will see Him as we look upon His face in all His glory. We shall bow and give praise and thanks for He has saved us and made us kings and priests in His eternal kingdom. Our Heavenly Father is pleased when we worship His Son and the Son is pleased when we worship the Father/God for they are One. My heart is fed and I am clothed with His love. I bow before Him for He lives and I live in Him.
