Updated May 31, 2009 It's been a long time since anything's been added to this site, but I now have pictures of harness racing from Cal Expo.  I expect to be going to Emerald Downs for a weekend in July and another in August. The lack of new pictures is mainly because of problems I have getting to a race track other than Portland Meadows, which I don't want to go to because of their peculiarities in regard to photos there.  If I go to a track, getting around and up and down stairs can be a problem.  I am also put off by so many horses wearing blinkers, which are ugly.  I don't want pictures of horses wearing blinkers. The lack of other updates to this site is because I never find the time to work on it.  I get free space from my ISP, but it's in 6 segments.  Intending to move some things around between segments of space, I removed a lot of pages.  Removing them is quick and easy.  Putting them back is more time consuming.  I haven't abandoned the idea.  I just haven't found the necessary amount of time to spend on it.  I'm about 2 years behind on nearly everything in my life.   Most recent photos uploaded: Non-Racing Horses - Quarter Horse Show (Oct. 11, 2008) (uploaded 10-12-08) (link at bottom of this page) Thoroughbreds - Emerald Downs (July 3-4, 2008) (uploaded 7-10-08) Next pictures: Harness racng at Cal Expo May 22-23, 2009.
