This simple version of this elegant brunch cocktail substitutes peach schapps for the traditional peach nectar.
Ingredients:
Ice (enough to fill glass) - optional
1 ounce peach schnapps
Champagne (enough to fill glass)
If desired, fill glass with ice. Pour the peach schnapps into the glass. Fill with the champagne.
