Gimlet
This gin lover's favorite features a splash of sweetened lime juice to mellow the flavor of the gin.
Ingredients:
Ice (enough to fill a rocks glass)
2 ounces gin
Splash of Rose's lime juice
Fill a rocks glass with ice. Add the gin. Top with the lime juice.
