A dash of cherry brandy floating on top of this tropical favorite provides a tasty kick.
Ingredients:
Ice (enough to fill a tall serving glass)
1-1/2 ounce gin
2-1/2 ounces sweet & sour mix
1/2 ounce grenadine
1/2 ounce club soda
1/4 ounce cherry brandy
Orange slice and cherry (for garnish)
Fill a tall glass with ice. Add the gin, sweet & sour mix, and grenadine. Stir lightly. Add the club soda without stirring, and then top with the cherry brandy. Garnish with the orange slice and cherry.
