Packaged strawberry drink mix makes this as easy as it is tasty.
Ingredients:
1 full glass of ice
1-1/2 ounce light rum
3 ounces strawberry daiquiri mix
1/2 ounce sweet & sour mix
Whipped cream (for garnish) - optional
1 whole fresh strawberry (for garnish)
Pour the ice into a blender. Add the rum, strawberry daiquiri mix, and sweet & sour mix. Blend until the mixture reaches a slushy consistency. Pour into a tall, fancy glass. Top with the whipped cream, if desired. Garnish with the strawberry.
