This popular summer drink is made easy with packaged pina colada mix.
Ingredients:
1 full glass of ice
1-1/2 ounce light rum
3-1/2 ounces pina colada mix
Whipped cream (for garnish) - optional
1 pineapple wedge (for garnish)
Pour the ice into a blender. Add the rum and the pina colada mix. Blend until the mixture reaches a slushy consistency. Pour into a tall, fancy glass. Top with the whipped cream, if desired. Garnish with the pineapple wedge.
