This fruity blue cocktail is named for the "pineapple state" that inspired the recipe.
Ingredients:
Ice (enough to fill a tall serving glass)
1 ounce light rum
1 ounce blue curacao
3 ounces pineapple juice
1/2 ounce club soda
Pineapple wedge and cherry (for garnish)
Fill a tall glass with ice. Add the rum, blue curacao, and pineapple juice. Stir lightly. Top with the club soda. Garnish with the pineapple wedge and cherry.
