A combination of both dry and sweet vermouth add an intriguing dimension to this Scotch lover's favorite.
Ingredients:
Ice (enough to fill shaker about 3/4 full)
6 to 8 drops of dry vermouth
6 to 8 drops of sweet vermouth
2 ounces Scotch
Lemon twist (for garnish)
Fill a shaker with ice. Add the dry vermouth, sweet vermouth, and the Scotch. Stir or swirl lightly, and then strain into a martini glass. (Note: Can also be served in a rocks glass filled with ice, if desired.) Garnish with the lemon twist.
